The Store Credit / gift voucher is valid for 3 years, and will cover the total purchase price of the returned items (excluding shipping costs). Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once we've received it. Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect it to make sure it meets the above criteria and then issue a store credit in the form of a gift voucher.

If you choose to send the item back through a courier of your choice, please email us the tracking number. If your return meets these requirements, login to our returns portal to submit your return. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility**.

Note – men's tees / women's tees / hoodies / women's tank tops / men's long sleeve shirts / personalized items / metal signs are Made to Order and not returnable (unless received damaged or we sent you the wrong item, if this happens, contact us).

Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder.

Unworn, unwashed and in the original condition products are received in.
